2. Shipping Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within the following times:

🕐  Order Preparation: within 24/48 working hours from payment receipt

🇮🇹  Delivery in Italy: 2-4 working days from shipment

🇪🇺  Delivery in Europe: 3-7 working days from shipment

🌍  International Delivery: 7-14 working days from shipment

Note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on destination, selected courier, and any exceptional conditions (holidays, weather conditions, strikes). We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

3. Tracking and Monitoring

For every shipment, a tracking number is provided, allowing real-time monitoring of the delivery status. The tracking code will be sent via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

In case of missed delivery, the courier will leave a notice and store the package for a few days at the nearest depot. Infosate is not responsible for packages not collected within the timeframe established by the courier.

4. Packaging and Security

All products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport. Shipments containing mobile phones receive reinforced packaging with shock-absorbing material. In case of visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, it is recommended to accept the package with a written reservation and contact us within 24 hours
