How it works — buying on Infosate
Buying a vintage phone on Infosate is simple and secure. Here's how it works from start to finish.
1. Choose your phone
Browse the collection by brand or use the search bar to find a specific model. Each product card indicates the model, condition, and price. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us directly — with over 2,000 models in stock, we probably have it even if it's not yet online.
2. How phones are tested
Every phone we sell is checked and tested before being put up for sale. We verify that the device turns on correctly, that the main functions are operational, and that the conditions match those described. Phones are classified as New, Refurbished, or Used based on their actual condition.
3. Order and payment
Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods: PayPal (payable in three installments), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment is protected and secure.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout Europe within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the country. Each shipment includes professional packaging and a tracking number, which you will receive via email. Phones are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
5. Returns and warranty
