RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21

(Implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights)

1. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and complete with all original accessories.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit communication via e-mail before the expiry of the 14-day period:

The communication must necessarily contain:

•   The order number and purchase date

•   The product or products subject to withdrawal

•   The Customer's full name

•   The reason for withdrawal (optional but appreciated)

3. Return of Goods

Following our confirmation via e-mail, the Customer must ship the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal communication to the address that will be indicated in the reply. The Customer must:

•   Indicate the RMA code communicated via e-mail on the package

•   Pack the product appropriately to avoid damage during transport

•   Keep the shipping receipt as proof

•   Shipping costs for returns are at the Customer's expense, unless the product is defective, not as described or not working: in which case the shipping costs for the return are at the Seller's expense

Attention: returns not previously agreed upon will not be accepted. Products returned without an RMA code or in non-compliant conditions may be refused.

4. Refund

Following the receipt and verification of the returned product, we will fully refund the amount paid, including original shipping costs (excluding return shipping costs), within 1/2 days of receipt of the goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer), unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

•   Products with removed or tampered seal

•   Products damaged due to causes attributable to the Customer

•   Customized products or products made to the Customer's specific request

•   Withdrawal requests received after the 14-day deadline.
