Samsung hidden codes — valid for almost all models
- *#06# — Show IMEI
- *#1234# — Firmware version
- #0# — Full test menu (Galaxy S3, Android)

- 27673855# — Hard reset (WARNING: erases everything without confirmation)

Samsung SGH-600, SGH-2100, R200s — 90s vintage
Forgotten PIN:
- Enter wrong PIN 3 times → PUK required
- PUK is on SIM card or at operator customer service
- 10 wrong attempts → SIM permanently destroyed
Forgotten security code: Try 0000 or 00000000. If not: turn off → * + 3 + power button → service menu → Reset.
No network: GSM 900 only. Manual search: Menu → Settings → Network → Manual.
Samsung SGH vintage at Infosate
Samsung E series (E700, E830, E950)
Screen with lines: OLED ageing — not software fixable.
Slow or freezing:
- Clear memory: Menu → Settings → Memory management
- Factory reset: 27673855# or Menu → Settings → Reset → code 0000
SIM not recognised: Remove battery 5 min, clean SIM contacts, try different SIM.
